Only selected supported facts are saved to active records. Any save separately retains the complete exact source — including content you did not select — as encrypted local evidence.

You choose what to include, preview a bounded Patient Report, then carry the PDF, inert HTML file, or copied text through the channel you choose. Amore can arrange proposed note entries, but Amore clinician review remains required.

Privacy by architecture
Proteneo applies only Clinic Plan facts you explicitly adopt to your active records. Saving any change also keeps the complete exact plan — including unselected content — as encrypted local source evidence until an in-app clear or portable restore completes. Uninstall is platform-controlled; its exact effect on that storage is not promised. Restore leaves retained report files in place. There is no Proteneo account, direct clinic connection, or health-data cloud copy for us to inspect.

The export
Choose a time range and modules. Proteneo generates a plaintext PDF or interactive HTML file on your phone and keeps it in Past exports until deleted or pruned. It attempts to keep the 10 most recent report files, but cleanup or filesystem failures can leave more.

The fine print, up front
Proteneo is built as a personal record, not an authority. The architecture and the language follow the same rule: you remain the actor.
No Proteneo sign-up or sign-in for your wellness record.
Only adopted facts are applied; the complete source is retained as encrypted evidence after any save.
Plaintext in Past exports; sharing is only to the destination you choose.
Plaintext JSON for included records; restore replaces that subset and leaves reports in place.
Apple or Google billing. As applicable, RevenueCat receives an anonymous ID, purchase history/status, receipt or token, activity, device/locale/currency, and network metadata for entitlement functionality and its analytics/dashboard—not patient records.
Choose or paste one clinic plan, review every change, and decide what to adopt.
The app can count, classify against a saved schedule, and compare time windows; it does not clinically interpret, diagnose, or recommend.
Treatment items, administrations, completed draws, supply ledgers, Clinic Link, reports, and portable backup/restore do not require a subscription.
